- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address
Note on Third-Party Content
Since Voisine Coquine links to third-party platforms, we strongly encourage you to also file a takedown notice directly with the platform hosting the content (e.g., Streamate, Chaturbate, MFC, etc.), as they have direct control over the content.
Repeat Infringers
